Dillon Consulting is a well-established, employee-owned, professional consulting firm operating across Canada and internationally. We offer a wide range of consulting and design services to the real estate, resource, industrial and government sectors in Canada and abroad. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant in our Fredericton Office.


Responsibilities:

• Word processing and report preparation of reports, proposals and office correspondence
• Performance of reception duties for the office including telephones, couriering, and client interaction
• Maintenance of project filing systems, archiving, libraries and other administrative services
• Contribution to an office work environment that is productive and promotes employee satisfaction
• Involvement with invoices, expense claims, database management and project closure
• Assistance to project managers with the preparation, monitoring and execution of project plans, reports and proposals.

Qualifications:

• Zero to five years’ office administration experience.
• Community College education considered an asset
• Above average skills with office productivity software (Word, Excel, Acrobat, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal, communications, organization and time management skills
