| Marketing Manager (Flexiway) We are hiring an entrepreneurial individual with the experience and ability to take primary responsibility for the design and implementation of FlexiWay’s marketing strategy. As FlexiWay’s Marketing Manager you will be required to: • Research market opportunities; • Clarify and prioritize product mix and strategy; • Provide costing analysis and create price schedules/systems; • Create collateral marketing materials as required; • Generate and follow-up on sales leads; • Create and keep loyal customers; • Facilitate marketing functions (i.e. meetings, trade shows, etc.); and • Provide administrative responsibilities as relevant to the position. Basic interests, skills and certification you'll need to have: • An above average ability to present and communicate ideas verbally and in writing; • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint; • Related post-secondary degree/diploma combined with relevant experience; • Superior customer service perspective; • Capacity for working in a small team as a lead contributor; • Relevant post secondary eduacation and experience (i.e. marketing, BBA, MBA); and • A valid driver’s license.
