| Shipping Agent - Order Processor LuminUltra Technologies is looking for an individual for a permanent, full-time position to work in its production and shipping department. The incumbent will be mainly involved in the following areas: •Order processing – Test-Kit assembly, packaging, shipping and invoicing •Inventory management – Purchasing and receiving •Agent & Distributor management •Reporting – Working with Simply Accounting to track cash flow and sales; quality standards. Duties: Primary work includes assembling orders for customers, preparing online shipments, tracking packages and assisting in related accounting tasks. In addition, the individual will be responsible for all aspects of inventory management, from purchasing and receiving supplies and raw materials required for production to supplier tracking and review. The individual will also be responsible for additional accounting tasks including agent & distributor management (e.g. commission and agreement tracking) and tracking weekly and monthly sales figures as well as quality standards. Qualifications: Applicants must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently; be detail-oriented, creative, self-motivated; and have strong communication skills. Applicants must be willing and able to learn quickly and must be familiar with Microsoft Office. Experience with Simply Accounting is an asset. Desirable but not required: •Prior experience with FedEx, UPS and Purolator online shipping. •Database development experience. Location - On-Site Position located in Fredericton, NB.
